When we first began Leading Reliability 8 years ago, it was a small face-to-face learning event at the Eruditio headquarters in Charleston, SC. Our vision was to gather reliability professionals to talk about what was working and what was not with the intention of improving the reliability process. We also wanted to create an active learning atmosphere where attendees could use the equipment and practice the skills in a safe environment. Throughout the years, we’ve not only accomplished our original goal but continued to grow by partnering with industry leaders UE Systems, RDI Technologies, and Acoem USA, providing valuable information and knowledge directly to reliability and maintenance professionals around the globe. Even during the difficult times of COVID, we continued to deliver our vital content through two virtual conferences.
Since returning to in-person meetings, we moved Leading Reliability to Clearwater Beach, FL, and continue to elevate our goal of providing knowledge and education for the future of reliability! Each year, we provide compelling guest speakers, fresh content, updated best practices, insights into new technology, and unique workshops that assist you in performing at your best. This conference is extremely valuable because you will have time to learn directly from industry experts, discuss your concerns with peers and leaders, practice the skills on-site, and create an implementation strategy that drives your organization forward. At the end of the conference, you get to take everything you learned and implement it back into your own facility.
