Reliability Leadership for Multi-Facility Operations - Strategies for Success
This workshop will be held May 12-13.
What to Expect:
Implementing a successful maintenance and reliability program across multiple facilities presents unique challenges, particularly for mid-level managers responsible for driving change in large organizations. This course equips participants with practical strategies to develop and sustain high-performance ultrasound and condition monitoring initiatives across multiple sites. Led by Milan Heninger MBA, CMRP, an engineer and executive with extensive experience in Maintenance and Reliability, Change Management, and Organizational Behavior, this course combines technical insight with organizational strategy to deliver a comprehensive, actionable approach to skillfully managing ultrasound programs as well as your broader M&Rframework.
The curriculum is structured into three core modules:
- The Human Element of Change – Managers will learn proven methodologies for driving adoption of new practices, with an emphasis on how to use change management models. This module explores how to overcome team member resistance and foster a reliability-oriented culture, ensuring that people are as much a part of the solution as the technologies deployed.
- Demonstrating Financial Benefits of Ultrasound & Condition Monitoring – Participants will gain the tools to document and quantify the financial impact of reliability initiatives. By calculating avoided costs and other financial benefits, managers can demonstrate the value of reliability programs and build stronger business cases for future investments. A case study with valuations of ultrasound detections will help participants understand strategies to make compelling business cases for their own initiatives.
Deploying Condition Monitoring Technology – The final module provides a deep dive into implementing ultrasound and other condition-monitoring technologies. Managers will learn best practices for technology selection, deployment, common pitfalls to avoid, and strategies for ensuring that these tools integrate seamlessly into facility operations.
